The payments and billing department / insurance verification process is beyond absurd. I have spent 3+ Hours with them in trying to assist them with how to process the insurance that I verified FOR Thriveworks to make sure I was in network. They still cannot fix the issue. The incompetence of this business outweighs the benefits of the mediocre therapy that they are trying to bill me $300 + for when the insurance could pay them now. Highly unprofessional.
