The administration only cares for the money, not helping people with their mental health. As someone who is in healthcare for more than a decade, I completely understand that every service, healthcare or not, has its own fees. But forcefully charging someone because of cancellation fee due to their lack of insurance coverage, is cruel, ruthless and shows lack of compassion, especially in the field of mental health and in these turbulent times.
