So 08/19/2026, I had my 3rd session (virtual) with my counselor that was scheduled for 1:00pm. As I had done the previous week, I logged on at 12:58pm to make sure that I was early and ready for my session. 1:00pm came and went, 1:05pm, 1:09pm, 1:12pm, finally 1:16pm.... There was a message on the screen that said to give the providers a moment to log on, because their connection may be slow. If they did not log on after 10 minutes, give a call to the 1-800 number.
