I absolutely appreciate my therapist Austin and he easily gets 5 stars for helping me more than any other therapist has in the past. The therapy side of this practice has been great in my experience and worth going for, but the administrative/psychiatry side leaves much to be desired. Was charged for a no show when I canceled the appointment. Counselor Michelle gave no advice. My mental health was on the brink. I have since had to admit myself into a mental facility. Would recommend against going to this clinic.

Management, front office schedule department terrible doesn’t return calls at all. Not to mention when your provider decided to leave the practice they won’t refill your meds and they don’t care if you withdraw. They have a terrible turn over rate. I saw 2 social workers and they are both gone from the practice within a month. Just a terrible practice in general. When you try to talk to the manager she doesn’t keep her word at all I don’t recommend this place at all.
