Money hungry and very unprofessional.
Unfortunately, I have come to feel that this practice is primarily focused on money. When I first called to schedule, the person I spoke with introduced themselves as "the" Christian counselor at Thrive, which led me to schedule with her. However, during the three sessions I had, neither the Bible nor God was mentioned at all by counselor Cheyanne Nicole. Went to 2 sessions the counselor kept saying that she hadn't heard back from insurance but it is covered. Then I get hit with oh we don't take your plan and you owe us 240 a session! WHAT!

I see Nancy and my 11yr old sees Daniel. I'm so happy with the help we are getting through these amazing individuals. Nancy has helped me through my absolute darkest times. I love her humble and loving approach. She can make me laugh and has changed how I view myself which I thought was nearly impossible. Daniel has gotten my 11 yr old to open up and he always looks forward to going in and seeing him. Thank you so much for helping make us a mentally and emotionally strong family
