My son has been renting an apartment from Thrive Street Living located at 3122 S 69th Ave #3 for the last year. During this time, he had no air conditioning from 13 Apr – May 4, June 1- 20 and Aug 8 to Sep 14. At one point in Aug, it was over 100 degrees and he could not stay in the unit. They provided a mobile unit that did not work and leaked water all over the carpet. He asked for $300 compensation for no air conditioning and to cover the cost of alternative arrangements.
