Due to a recent back injury where the right side of my back tightened up, today I had the opportunity to visit Thrive Sports Medicine and utilise the skills of Myotherapist "Alan". An hour of treatment/massage resulted in me feeling my normal self again. Awesome result and highly recommend Alan.
I have had a few sessions with Min regarding sports injuries. He is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge which allowed him to quickly identify my problems. He is well versed in manual therapy, dry needling and exercises which allowed him to treat and rehabilitate my injuries holistically. Highly recommend Min and this practice overall!
First time in 20+ years experiencing excruciating lower back pains. Booked an appointment to see Min and with only a couple of sessions and exercises he’s given me I was back on my feet in no time! Was great to liaise with Min as he really cared for my well being and knew how important it was for me to jump back to my activities (Muay Thai & Golf)
I have been seeing Min for a few sessions post-ankle ligament tear. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, he makes sure to listen to my needs as an active individual so that I can work around the injury whilst staying active. He takes the time to address all my concerns and provides a clear treatment plan to get me back on my feet. The staff are all friendly and caring, I'd highly recommend anyone seeking to work through an injury to see Min and the team here!
