Tom Palomba has been my friend and mentor for 30 years. He has coached me through many of my races pushed me motivated me and was there for me when I was ready to give up.� He started his new business a few years ago after being in the fitness industry for a very long time and has exceeded all of my expectations.. As you get 'more mature' you need to balance your cardio with strength and core training. Thrive is the place to do it. Great people, great programs, and you will see the improvement in your health. I'm glad I'm there!
There is no place like Thrive for a truly focused and REAL conditioning and training program that works for people of all athletic levels whether a weekend warrior or serious runner, triathlete cyclist Etc. What truly makes Thrive special is not just the knowledge and constant attention to detail but that Tom TRULY gets to know each client, their goals strength and weaknesses and above all truly cares about each person that walks through the door!
Thrive is the place to go no matter what level athlete you are Tom treats you with the respect of a Gold Medal Olympian and is extremely knowledgeable (& Nice :)
