This company has the worst customer service imaginable. Most of us can say we’re special needs caregivers/parents, whatever the case may be. It’s our job to call in our orders monthly. Their job is to follow up with any issues that may arise and get your orders to you in a timely manner. I have always called when I have a 10 day supply left and haven’t had an issue until up here recently, the last 3 months have been nothing but problems. Very friendly staff that goes out of their way to make sure customers understand their equipment and how to use it. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
