Receptionist was incredibly rude on the phone.
Amazing!! The staff is so nice. My 7 year old had such a great experience. He was so nervous as it was his first time getting dental work like this done but the staff did so well with him. When he was finished I had to carry him out as he was still sleepy from his procedure and one of the ladies there helped carry all his stuff to my car for me even though it was super cold out! So I was nervous after reading bad reviews about this place. My son had to have a tooth removed and was terrified. My benefits were running out so I didn't have time to check different places, they were super accommodating and got us in fast for app. The entire staff was so kind and patient with my son, Dr. Lipton who I read a bad review about was very good with my son and got the tooth out fast. The app was over early, way ahead of schedule, it was awesome
I think the Thrive Service Center deserves better reviews. All the staff was absolutely amazing. My 5 year old son was treated so great by EVERYONE on site. His dental staff from Smile Buddy was there as well and that made the experience a breeze. I just want other parents to see that all the staff at Thrive are extremely kind and caring towards the children. I promise this is the absolute best place.
