The team at Thrive is built on professionalism, great communication skills and a genuine Darwin vibe. Very easy real estate to work with. Highly recommended. 5 stars. Been with Thrive for over 6 months now and have had a fantastic experience as a tenant. Every time I contact them they answer or get back to me within the day. REPLY: Do you think I’m the only one dissatisfied with the service? As a property investor, I cooperate with diverse property management agents in Australia. This is the WORST agency management I have ever seen. 1. They charge higher-than-average management fees but do less work. 2. They never answer phone calls and only reply to emails once a day. 3. I followed up on the issue of the broken exhaust filters, but they provided NO further response or alternative solutions.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Belinda, Adelia and Nicole from Thrive Property for almost two years and I couldn't be more impressed! Their team is professional, responsive, and they truly care about their clients. From finding reliable tenants to handling maintenance requests, they've taken care of everything with ease.
