To response to your public reply to my wife's review (Hồng Ngọc Nguyễn): I suggest you brush up on the rules that govern your profession. The Residential Tenancies Act 1999 states very clearly how the bond refund process works and specifies a timeframe of 7 business days for either a refund or a formal dispute. Under Section 112(5) of the Act, a landlord is not entitled to retain any part of a security deposit unless, within 7 business days, they have provided written notice in the prescribed form along with a statutory decl... read more

Never returned our bond despite confirming it would be finalised and returned within the week. It has now been two weeks since that assurance, with no update or payment received, and over 1.5 months since we vacated the property. Each time we followed up via email, we were told it would be processed “now”, but nothing has happened. We will now be proceeding with NTCAT to resolve this matter. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this agent.
