By far the most useless property management company in the Northern Territory and I have used many. They rented out a property to me which was in the middle of being renovated and had constant builders turn up whenever they wanted including the home owner. They then tried to take my full bond plus more, and failed dismally after going to NTCAT. We spent multiple months going through the tribunal in which they were ordered to pay me compensation. Been with Thrive for over 6 months now and have had a fantastic experience as a tenant. Every time I contact them they answer or get back to me within the day.
