Nic is great with the nutrition counseling. I’ve learned so much and he ever so gently pushes me to improvement. But in the gym, he pushes me (not quite as gently) to effective improvement and always relates the exercises he teaches to my real life so I will know how important they are. I look forward to seeing him on Monday and Friday. And I’m grateful for his enthusiasm in my progress.
