9/8/26 Professionalism has plummeted Dr. Hung, Lily, Chastity and Latrell knocked it out of the park today, imho. I trust them, I like them, and I hope this is my vet from here on out. Update - June 25th 2025 - Sam, Grace, Zariah, Blue & Dr. Soeka continue to provide outstanding vet care. Update - October 2 2025 - Always impressed with their professionalism and care! Grace, Sharice, Blue, and Dr. Zeleke Outstanding, imho. Kedasia. Dr. Thornton, Dr. Byas and Dr. Rudd & Katie They are the best veterinarians *in the world* !!
Read the comments. We’ve been members of Thrive for about 4 years. We love the professionalism and care that the vet team displays. Our original Northside Dr/West Midtown location recently closed down. We really loved that location! Anyways, once closed, They recommended we take our fur baby to their Decatur location, which is 45 min away. I set up an appointment. The morning of the appointment Thrive calls to advise they are in emergency surgery and unable to see my fur baby. Understanding. I reschedule for two weeks later.... read more

My Hulk has been going to Thrive Healthcare for over 5 years now. We are highly satisfied with the care they give him as well as the personal and professional service we have experienced with each visit:-) Always greeted with a smile and pet rubs.
Very average vet experience; it is way far away from me, but our usual thrive clinic closed. We were offered “free” exams so that we could get their medication prescriptions…$800 later (for 2 dogs), due to consultation fees, vaccines (fair enough), biohazard waste disposal (they told us to bring stool samples in an email, and then told us in person that they didn’t need them; I wouldn’t have taken them up on their offer to dispose of it if I’d known it would cost $20).
