Why do you not answer the phone or return voicemails? My dog needs a prescriptoin filled and the Midtown location has closed making this location nearly impossible to get to. Please answer the phone.

WARNING CORPORATE SCAM Thrive notified me that they were closing the Marietta location 2 weeks after my ThrivePlus renewed. They tell me have to pay for the next 11 months, even though Decatur is way too far to go. Not only that the premium increase $5 without notice for a service I can't use. I loved the folks at the Marietta location, but ThrivePlus is a scam. I recommend Thrive to a number of my friends. Now we're all going to pay for vet care twice. I can't even get anyone to answer an email.
Have been coming here for years and they keep my pup happy and healthy with reasonable prices!
This is the only place I bring my pets. Everyone is always so friendly and very helpful. Love the thrive membership discounts and the prices are very reasonable!
