My husband and I bring our child here to see Dr. Patel and Lisa the NP. We have new baby and are first time parents. They are both fantastic and this practice is wonderful. Dr. Patel is efficient, a great listener and explains everything in depth. She really cares about her patients. Before I get started, Thrive Pediatrics offers the type of care that all families deserve and what should be the norm in our culture, but sadly is not. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Patel and Lisa, NP (lactation consultant) at Thrive Pediatrics. As a first-time mom, I honestly didn’t know what to expect in those early weeks. I did the Fourth Trimester package, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. They have been there for everything—every question, every worry, every “is this normal?” moment. Dr. Patel is wonderful. She talked with me at length about milestones, how to handle new things and why might help our difficulties. I definitely recommend Dr. Patel for anyone who is looking for in depth appointments and availability for whatever you might need!
I cannot as a new mom recommend Dr. Patel enough! She is open-minded, truly listens, and is non-judgmental... you always feel heard and supported. I’ve been with her for almost a year since my first baby was born, and she has been a godsend. Knowing she is always just a call or text away has made my first year of motherhood far less scary.
