This company is not about their customers. They do not go out of their way to help! Horrible mortgage company! Look around and DO NOT USE THRIVE! They charged us a large amount of interest on our contruction loan, and gave all the benefit to our builder. When we requested to fire our builder they did not agree. We ended up spending AN ADDITIONAL $12,000+ in interest because they refused to give us a pay off amount for our loan, and when we decided to use a different lender to close in to our permanent loan that they would not close, they tried to charge us an additional $8500. We were referred to Thrive by another lender and it turned into a 3 1/2 month waste of time and cost us our land deal. We were turned down after working on the loan for 3 1/2 months. we had to get several contract extensions because of the lack of response from thrive.
