I cannot say enough good things about Kari. I had been wanting to work with a midwife for years, and finally came across Thrive and decided to book a wellness visit. Kari spent an hour with me discussing my health history, birth experiences and really LISTENED to my answers. In our time together, Kari gave me a syndrome to look into as she connected some of my responses. My entire life made sense after she mentioned it. Kari assisted at my birth for only a perineal repair, in which I am so grateful for. She is highly skilled, down to earth, and has a great bedside manner.
You know you had a good provider when you tear up leaving your final postpartum appointment, thinking it could be the last time you will see them. Kari is an incredibly kind and warm individual, who carried me through my pregnancy with compassion, bluntness, and humor.
