Dr Jamie Benson was a God-send for me. I started treating with her 2 years ago for PTSD, anxiety & depression. She helped me navigate the trauma that I experienced as a child; identify how it affected my thoughts & actions; gave me tools to cope with loss, PTSD, & anxiety.
