Jamie is a great match for me! She helps me with PTSD and severe anxiety related to a severe trauma event on 12/5/23. I started seeing Jamie in April 2024. I pay out of pocket which is lower than what I would pay using insurance. Jamie made me feel at ease right from the start. Even though we have serious sessions, most sessions we end of laughing about something funnny. I would not be where I am in my journey of recovery, if it had not been for Jamie!
Staff is friendly. My dental hygenist is Amazing! I recommend their dental hygenist to everyone.
Dr Jamie Benson was a God-send for me. I started treating with her 2 years ago for PTSD, anxiety & depression. She helped me navigate the trauma that I experienced as a child; identify how it affected my thoughts & actions; gave me tools to cope with loss, PTSD, & anxiety. I can’t recommend Jamie enough. She is kind, understanding, and truly listens without judgment. She has helped me grow emotionally and mentally. I always leave her sessions feeling more calm and grounded. If you’re looking for someone compassionate who genuinely cares, I highly recommend her. Thrive with Jamie is awesome.
