I can’t recommend Jamie enough. She is kind, understanding, and truly listens without judgment. She has helped me grow emotionally and mentally. I always leave her sessions feeling more calm and grounded. If you’re looking for someone compassionate who genuinely cares, I highly recommend her. Thrive with Jamie is awesome.

Jamie is the best. If you want a therapist that will actually help you heal, go here! I followed her when she opened her own practice and stayed until she helped me get to a sustainable, healthy, happier future.
