Jamie is the best. If you want a therapist that will actually help you heal, go here! I followed her when she opened her own practice and stayed until she helped me get to a sustainable, healthy, happier future. She not only helped save my marriage, but my children and I also adore her. She is fun, energetic, incredibly smart, and always striving for more. Not sure why we haven't heard back from the therapist it's been a few months and still no word back. I feel like we got ghosted whole trying to confront the issues at hand in my relationship. Would love to say she helped in my relationship but sadly I can't. Would love to keep the sessions going but I can't unless I can make an appointment.
Jamie is an incredible therapist that is skilled in a variety of interventions and theoretical approaches. She is down to earth and really strives to meet folks where they’re at on their journey. Starting with a new-to-you therapist is usually anxiety provoking, and Jamie made me feel so comfortable starting on our first session forward. Dr. Benson is absolutely wonderful. She does a fantastic job at approaching difficult topics in a caring and proactive manner. She’s an amazing listener and is very approachable. I could not recommend her practice more 😊
