We had a very positive experience at this pediatric clinic yesterday. Everything was very organized and on schedule. We were called in quickly for the nurse appointment and then saw the doctor shortly after, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I especially want to thank the nurse, Anna, who gave my son his two vaccinations. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and skilled. Dr B. Has been my son’s doctor since he was newborn, who is now 4. I’ve never had not one bad experience with Dr. B. He’s always been extremely supportive, patient, friendly and kind. Any issue or concern I had with my son, he is always so helpful and non-judgemental. Before he opened his own clinic he used to be in Vaughan & told me that he’d be moving to his new office (which is here) and asked if I’d still be his patient or look elsewhere as it was quite a distance, but I did not hesitate to follow with him! We are so happy with our baby’s care at Thrive Clinic and would highly recommend to any new parents. We first went to Thrive when our baby was 3 days old. Now at 2 months, we have had numerous appointments and can attest to the great care, attention and support our baby is getting from Dr. Buencamino and his staff. I have a wonderful experience and positive comments towards all the staff at the clinic, especially Dr. Raphael Buencamino, who is the pediatrician for my two kids. Thank you for the excellent work, care, and dedication you provide.
Every doctor and nurse I interact with at the clinic thus far has been extremely professional and friendly! They respond quickly to our appointment requests and answer our questions thoroughly. Our lactation consultant was especially helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. B. and the whole team.
