As I’ve seen a lot of reviews for Vanessa, I wanted to take a moment to leave one for Derek. Derek is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and he has a way of creating a space where I feel safe, understood, and more confident in myself. He asks thoughtful questions, listens deeply, and helps me work through things in a way that feels both grounding and empowering. I never feel rushed or dismissed, and I leave sessions with clearer perspective and practical tools. Highly recommend.

Amazing!! I'd give 6 stars if I could. Vanessa is easy to open up to and relate to. She will make you feel heard and remember the things you tell her (unlike other counselors I've had in the past). Gives great insight! And she was very good at validating my perspective when I was feeling unsure of myself. Highly recommend 🙂

Such a great therapist! Vanessa really puts in the effort to make sure your comfortable and create a safe space. She's helped me work through and process a lot of things I was dealing with in my life, and really helped improve my day to day. She also validated a lot of my feelings and experiences, and helped me realize I was not alone! She's friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and great at reading the room if you need directness or need to just sit in silence for a moment. Vanessa is so incredible! I recommend her to everyone if I could. She is honest, understands your situations and helps you work through em. Gives casual conversation sometimes to lighten and enjoy our sessions when it gets rough. And always asks how you're feeling after all the work during session. She is truly worth seeing every week! Better yet she gives advice that she is working through too with her own therapist and that's good coming from an area that doesn't have many good therapists. Vanessa is awesome! I’ve been going through a pretty major faith transition and she has been a great support helping me navigate through my feelings and new beliefs. She is so real and down to earth. I felt comfortable being “me” around her from the very first session. She has given me great insight and even alternative perspectives I wouldn’t have had before. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is simply the best!!
