My friend was in the one in San Tan Valley. The two women that are there are so mean to the people. They yell at everything that you do, say in your room, you can't even go to the bathroom you will get yelled at. You can't even ask for something to drink. Someone needs to get a real close look at that place.
These guys are great! My mother needed caregiving services and these guys came out at a time after normal business hours to onboard us. Rav was very thorough in explaining the process and Nathan was very concise and they showed us a lot of care. I have never received this quality of service before. I am 73 years old and have been through the worst experiences . If I were you, I would go to these guys asap.
I am so glad that I found Thrive Health Care Service for my Grandma. I am very satisfied with the caretaking service they offered.
