I just switched home care agencies to Thrive and I have a great experience! THEY ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY! 😊 They made my transition to their agency smoothly. They even went above and beyond sending a caregiver to me when I was stuck in bed with no caregiver. My old agency could not find a backup caregiver so I was stuck in bed. Tsapatos (Tsape) Belay has worked diligently to find an excellent caregiver for my grandmother and has been very communicative, kind, informative and responsive at all hours. Pauline is our caregiver and we are very lucky to have her during this difficult time for our family. We are very thankful for Thrive.

I don’t usually write reviews, but decided after almost a year and a half of using Thrives services, it’s time! I’ve been absolutely blown away since day one, in a good way! The case workers (especially Leah) have been very helpful.
