I just switched home care agencies to Thrive and I have a great experience! THEY ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY! 😊 They made my transition to their agency smoothly. They even went above and beyond sending a caregiver to me when I was stuck in bed with no caregiver. My old agency could not find a backup caregiver so I was stuck in bed. Within a couple hours my new agency Thrive sent a caregiver when I had no one…so grateful! We have had a wonderful experience since the start with Thrive. Tsapatos (Tsape) Belay has worked diligently to find an excellent caregiver for my grandmother and has been very communicative, kind, informative and responsive at all hours. Pauline is our caregiver and we are very lucky to have her during this difficult time for our family. We are very thankful for Thrive.
