I walked into this studio 6 months ago looking for a good workout and little did I know how this decision would change my life. The support system, nutritional education, weekly calls and unlimited access to Jay has directed my mindset in a positive way and the group setting keeps me accountable. I love being surrounded with like-minded people. Thank you Jay!!
Good group of people, it's the best fitness studio in the valley, Jay is awesome. I just started few weeks ago and I can't wait to feel better, get in best shape and hopefully beat my daughter sprinting😝we will see if this 52 year old body can do it, if I can't beat her at least close👍
Jay is an excellent Coach. Not only has he helped me with my fitness and nutrition goals, but he's a great life coach as well. We should all be so lucky to have someone like him in our lives!
