Awful therapy. Didn't help, made things worse. Inconsistent, advice. Suggested tactics but didn't get to the root of the problems, to understand the why's and how emotions work. Do not go there. You have been warned. This therapy will help find reasons to separate and divorce instead of helping to heal and mend.
