These are quite possibly the kindest people I have ever met. My entire experince with them has been amazing. From scheduling to in the office, I was treated with such patience and felt like more than just a patient. I could not recommend them enough <3
This office couldnt help me physically but they did their very best to help me in any other way I needed. OFS didnt work out for me so i needed to see a doctor in Birmingham and thrive was more than willing to help me get my xrays to them and to try and help me get my xrays from OFS to also email to the other doctor. Brandy was very compassionate . 10/10 reccomend just based on the issues i had and how they handled it .
Holly was fantastic.
Dr. Cross and her staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. They tell every step of the way what they are doing. Love coming to see them. Recommend them any chance I get.
Dr. Cross and her team are very friendly and treat patients deliberately . My mom had tooth fillings there and got back to the clinic two times for tooth surface adjusting after filling, she got timely good care every time .
