I wish I could have read these reviews before hand. This doctor and her administrative staff (not all) lack professionalism. As a Doctor you are provided with various trainings, certifications, etc on compassionate and respect to your patients. It is unprofessional and unethical for you to treat patients the way you have. YOU chose a career in caring for patients and their health. You are being paid by the government aka health insurance and even out of pocket for your “service”. Walked out after waiting for 2 hours. To have a 10am appointment and still not be seen by almost noon is unacceptable and ridiculous. Avoid this clinic at all costs. Also the lobby and rooms were very dirty

If I could give this clinic zero stars I would!! Unprofessional and terribly rude!
As a first time patient, Thrive Family Care was extremely rude. I arrived to my appointment after leaving the gym. I was in a workout set. The first thing the office staff does is look me up and down and tell me there is a dress code and I would have to either leave to change my clothes or reschedule my appointment. I did not know there was a dress code in order to be seen by a medical professional. They were very nasty to me. It was obvious I just got done working out.
