Dr. Giles is beyond amazing since the first time I started seeing her. I had to change PCP since my doctor of many years retired. There’s no words to describe how dedicated I see her putting her patients health #1 priority. She constantly goes through every detail pertaining to my health recommending any needed test. I have so much faith and trust her wholeheartedly. Today I even experienced the best in her reaching out to me after hours with concern over my EKG. Dr. Giles as well as her staff were the most welcoming , informative & comfortable medical personnel I've been involved with in years. Dr. Giles answered my questions and gave suggestions & advice regarding my concerns; putting me "at ease" re: my issues. I would highly recommend making a visit to her office if You, like myself. Are a "White coat syndromer"! She understands !!! Thank U Dr. Giles for a most pleasant experience "in a Doc's office" ever. ...granny girl here & a very anxious one at that!😉
I had wonderful experience with Dr. Giles and supporting staff while visiting Thrive Family Clinic for an annual exam. The clinic was clean, comfortable and everyone was kind, warm & professional. Very organized and overall would recommend this practice to anyone in search of a primary care physician. I will surely be returning for all future visits.
