Every time I’ve come in, Jordan the receptionist has been warm, welcoming, and professional. She sets the tone for a relaxing experience as soon as I walk through the door. She’s attentive, answers questions clearly, and makes scheduling seamless. Her kindness and efficiency make a noticeable difference and really enhance my visits at Thrive. All the nurses are super nice too
