Dr Sekhon was fine, but the administration at this clinic was very poor. My first appointment was slightly delayed due to an understandable family emergency with the Dr. My second appointment was scheduled the Monday after, and was cancelled ~1.5hrs prior via phone call saying that the Dr. had a family emergency. No official diagnoses, scam on insurance and money, refuse to provide medical record. Scam and need to be reported. They just want to take everything from you. Doing nothing but a waste of your time, money and insurance. I went to the dentist for wisdom teeth removal opinion. They directly send me to the cleaning service. I said I just did one 2.5month ago, they said I need a new one.Then they did it very hastily in 5min. After that i did a bunch of exams including CBCT and x-ray which is totally an overkill. Friendly and all (except the front desk gentleman) but I didn’t like how long it took to get the cost of my dental procedure (root canal & crown) and the high cost. Was given less than a days notice of the cost when I asked 1-2 weeks before. Edit 2/11/2026: visited another dentist recommended by a family member and was told I didn’t need the procedure (root canal & crown) that Thrive wanted to do. One of the most knowledgeable dentist I've met
I absolutely love this office! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They got me in right away and seated quickly. The office itself was very clean and organized. Dr. Sekhon was extremely knowledgeable about my dental needs and thoroughly explained the treatment I needed. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this office.
