I've been with this credit union for 40 years. I've tried other banks ,but this is my family. They have helped even through the death of my husband.
Haley said she is a floating employee at all locations. I am not the sweetest soul when trying to figure things out, and she was VERY VERY kind to me. She truly listened and did not allow my frustrations to frustrate her. Such a sweet soul. She listened, helped me learn what to do. She was very helpful. By the end of the call I thanked her and apologixed. I am sure these girls take some unruly calls and she really held a professional and helpful conversation. Its not every day you are matched with that!!
Meghan Hinkle has helped me many times through the drive thru. She has been nice and kind everytime. I appreciate that she has even checked in with me on things not bank related. Makes me feel she cares and listens very well to the members. She is definitely a great asset to Thrieve.
