I have not had a happy experience at ALL with thrive. first of all, their app doesn't work in the slightest, and when it does, its bare bones and annoying at best. second of all, there is NEVER support available during holidays, which means if you have a problem with their app (that frequently has problems) then you're shit out of luck for 2 days and you have to wait to call them. also, I asked not to be put on a certain plan when I made my account, now they have put me on the plan without even asking me. as soon as I can I'... read more

Everyone there is friendly & nice. But I’ve had the most interactions with Brandon, and to say he’s amazing is even an understatement. He helped me personally & then also for my business… he actually went above & beyond & I am so thankful for that.
