Would have been great if the therapist actually showed up. They never sent me the link to the first video session after completing the intake forms, then after rescheduling and receiving the link the therapist never showed up and I spent my entire session duration waiting for him to join. Calling the number provided is no help either. Emailed the company directly several times as well as Dr. Heard himself and still No response. I have never felt a genuine connection with a therapist until now. Thrive Counseling made that a thing of the past.
