Shalin is my therapist. I absolutely adore her. She's very attentive and listens and gives great advice and techniques. I'm on my 4th session with her and just on the 4th session, she has tremendously helped me. Sends me right away the tools or the other things to help me with. She is so compassionate and listens very well to my rambling on. Then she analyzes what i'm going through. Gives me the best tools to work for my PTSD and General Anxiety Disorder. I could go on about Shalin. She's just great at what she does
Saved me. Went to Thrive via Employee Assistance Program FedGov. Could not have wished for a better counselor or place to receive help. Counselor, Ms T Brown provided me the tools to slow and eventually stop my downward spiral and provided me the insight to take control of my situation and tackle some pretty big demons. Worked close with Cumberland Behavioral Care for the right medications to assist in my recovery. The staff is so friendly and they really care. I've utilized their services on and off for nearly a decade at this point, and they always hire genuinely empathetic people who want to help you get the help you deserve. They're really accommodating, too! I'm so bad at remembering to fill out paperwork but, per my request, they've been able to send me text reminders or resend documents that got lost in the sea of unread emails that is my inbox.
