The care teams are kind and responsive. My high rating is about the quality of the care teams showing compassion and individualization. I will put in a note that the phone system and amount of navigating the portal and separate calls/emails/texts for making and confirming appts, payment, etc., could be more coordinated so not as many calls or callbacks for patients to complete these tasks. Very nice doctors always enjoy the visit.
Great staff in-person or by phone. They are very responsive to both my system submitted appointment requests, and voicemails I have left after hours. The Doctors (Arasheben, and PAs that assist) are all wonderful.
