My son and I started seeing Dr. Shana about a year ago. My son (infant) had difficulty sleeping and had a preferred side. I on the other hand, had neck and elbow pain. Dr. Shana addressed our concerns with such great care and support. Now being pregnant, I am seeing Dr. Shana for pelvic and neck pain. I love how relaxed I feel after every session (I always end up taking a much needed long nap). It’s always a pleasure seeing her, she is very knowledgeable and compassionate.
Talked through the whole process and provided lots of education! Adjustments felt amazing. Super friendly.
Shana has been amazing for both me and my baby. She helped me through the last months of pregnancy by relieving tension and discomfort, always knowing exactly where my body needed support. Now she’s helping my newborn after a tongue tie release and with her preference to turn right. After every visit, we see real improvement. Shana is incredibly skilled and intuitive, and also so personable. I always feel comfortable asking her anything. I recommend her to anyone, especially expecting and new moms.

Shana has given me both prenatal and postnatal treatments, as well as my newborn baby. She is extremely knowledgable, skilled and intuitive.
