Don’t move here! Porch pirates and bike thieves literally live all over this apartment complex. 4 bikes were stolen all in one day, several Amazon packages were also stolen throughout the year. No security, new management is lazy.
I literally know 2 people who have had their bikes stolen and these guys did nothing about it. Terrible customer service and a typical business that does not care about their customers after the sale.
Beautiful apartments and ideal location downtown, but from my first few months here I have had to call maintenance several times for things breaking or not working, I have also been out of dishwasher for almost 2 months now because of a backordered part. Great place if your willing to put up with a half working apartment.
