Awful. Victoria and Kelly are both people who are not of good moral character. They said they were going to do something and did not do as they mentioned regarding sending a letter regarding my former enrollment. Instead they simply said they would do something, which they had said multiple times they had all the information and were already providing feedback; but, not once did either member actually follow through.

Awful. I have never met someone so eager to provide me no help but to take my money on their lunch break. I could not have an arranged time and was put on their schedule like a dog. I hated interacting and had very limited to no help during multiple sessions. I actually hated going here and regretted even trying to use this provider

Deborah spent over six months working with our four-year-old but did not focus on his needs. Instead, she prioritized counseling the parents on reuniting as a family—an approach neither requested nor found helpful. Unfortunately, this focus didn’t contribute to any progress with our 4 year old at all and has us leaving Thrive at square 1. From the start, Deborah didn’t provide clear recommendations to address the challenges that were initially discussed. Based on this experience, we would not recommend Thrive.
