Rochelle allows employees to park in handicapped spaces and as a disabled veteran it upset me and Roschelle would not adhere to federal laws and continued to allow her employees to park there after I complained. I called the police and they went by center to tell them not to park in those protected spots and she then retaliated against me as a parent over this incident instead of doing the right thing.
My son attended Thrive for almost a year and it was our first experience at an ABA center. To be very transparent, it was a terrible experience. I gave chance after chance to the center and had numerous meetings with the director Rachelle, and even went to the Head of Clinical, Amanda and their response to all situations was "at the end of the day this is a business."
