This is quite possibly the worst apartment complex in Lubbock, Texas. All the horror stories you read are true. The only good reviews are posted by people trying to win prizes that Thrive gives out if you leave a good review, that is how desperate they are to get some kind of good review. I have had issues with this place ever since I moved in.
