Do not bring your dog here I made an appointment for 11 and I did not have my dog seen until 12 which isn’t a big deal if the workers weren’t taking breaks left and right. I wanted him to get all his shots and they showed me the price and said do you want him to also get more heart worm medicine wnd I said yes and they said sign here but didn’t give me the price. I normally do not write reviews, but I am very unhappy with the result of my visit. Yesterday morning I called to schedule a same day appointment later that afternoon at 3:30 for my dogs fecal exam which they were more than happy to do! When I got there the employees were very friendly. My dog is a very healthy dog, the vet who checked him out at Vetco even said so herself. I take pride in the wellbeing of my dog. Had a great experience with genuine friendly staff that started all the way from the beginning. The front desk was a pleasure to work with (shout out to Nikole, Kenna and Pri). The vet Dr. Joyner and Dustin made sure my anxious dog was comfortable and took time for her to warm up to them. Such a great experience and happy to know my dog is in good hands with the entire team!
I have brought my cats here for about 2 years now and always had a good experience until this last one. To say the least, I wont be back EVER. I scheduled my cat an emergency appointment because she had abnormal bleeding due to being not spayed. When I took her they told me she could have a life threatening infection– Pyometra– and ran a urinalysis on her. They told me I would have the results by the next morning.
