Dr. Amanda is magical. I had just gotten over bronchitus, had several familial deaths, and was feeling depleted. Hadn't slept regularly in weeks. It was such a relief to feel my body and mind turn off during the acupuncture session. The cupping and body work left my tight spine feeling like jelly, AND I slept 11 hours after my session. So grateful to find Thrive on my 6 week trip in Norfolk. Highly recommend!
Sarah and Dr. Amanda are caring and warm professionals with a great practice. I've been getting treatments for the last few months primarily for back pain, plantar fasciitis and tingling in a foot. But Dr. Amanda has also treated me for jaw pain, stomach upset and a rash. She's provided me with great relief! And they've also provided other resources beyond acupuncture. Super knowledgeable and effective. I highly recommend.
I came to acupuncture, about 6 months ago, to deal with chronic neck pain and anxiety. I came away with so much more. Neck pain no longer, anxiety is not as severe, I'm a happy person again. But, on another note, I've been dealing, for 15 or more years, with high cholesterol and thyroid issues, and more recently kidney concerns were sprouting up.
