Kara has been a steady guide in my nutrition journey! She is thorough in addressing symptoms and concerns we are working through. And she is knowledgeable in explaining steps to take but also caring to adjust things as needed. I’m seeing relief in my symptoms and am getting real strategy nutritionally on how to approach things.
