My brother has said this place has been really great at helping him with his issues, especially mental health and related food instability/affordable housing shortages/homelessness. It took a long time, but due to some diligent efforts from Maggie and others, he finally got housing that is very appropriate for his issues, and he frequently talks about how grateful he is for Thrive and for his supportive housing. Hey thrive owner you really should look into better staff man the litlle “administrator “ lady is very rude makes everyone who calls fill like an inconvenience they are both very inconsiderate and incompetent the lady literally told me my mail wasn’t there and my card company says it got to its destination 6 days ago , now all of a sudden they have to unpack everything from the old office but when you walk in you here nothing but laughter and are met with stale not wanting you there attitude.

I'm reporting this agency to the IRS for not doing what they say they do and will also report to the NC govenor and NC senator. I wrote the white house and am looking into if they need to be reported federally. They ignore people who call about their housing program i've been ignored by them multiple times since 2022. If they are ignoring homeless who call about housing assistance then they aren't using their funding as intended, maybe embezzlement. Called to get some basic information about the program. I spoke to Teresa D and Nicole who spoke to me as if I’m dumb and were very rude. They are at Thrive to help others but they act like it’s a bother to speak to people. “Treat Others the way You want to be treated”
