Had an appointment but the door was locked and no one was in the room. Tried to call but no one answered, the ability to leave a message isn’t possible. Went to Thriv the day before my appointment but the door was locked, I assumed that nurses only come in during appointment time. I went and the lights inside were on, but the door was locked and the room empty. Super disappointing and annoying.
Great experience
I’m really grateful that I ended up at ThrIV for my infusion series. The facility is new and clean and comfortable. Joe was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I was pretty anxious, and he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I had a series of five infusions and they were all a great experience.
Feel like a million bucks after my infusion!!! Will be back next week!!!
