I have been a regular customer at this pharmacy; however, over the past few months, I have experienced multiple instances where I was provided with incorrect medications despite clearly requesting a specific prescription. As someone without health insurance, I must carefully budget for my medications and can only afford certain options when financially possible. Just had the worst experience at a pharmacy in my entire years of living. Dealt with a nasty bunch of workers who seemed borderline incompetent and were just plain rude. Don’t come here to ask questions or support to sort out any issues you have, the staff with belittle you and make you feel like a bother just for being there. This is Valley City NOT BEVERLY HILLS so maybe they should be more humble. The staff need a reality check!!! So snotty.
