One of the rare businesses where, as technology has advanced, it’s actually become less efficient.
I used to love this pharmacy. I went there for years after covid left Walgreens with inconsistent hours because of lack of a pharmacist. All of the employees at thrifty white are great other than their pharmacist. The pharmacist there can barely speak English and was extremely rude and unhelpful. My medication was last filled on 22nd. She rudely told me it couldn't be filled until the 25th(my dr made a mistake) instead of trying to contact the prescribing dr she told me to do it myself in a snotty tone. They forget to fill prescriptions constantly, never have them ready. Never answer phone. Very poor service indeed. Called in refill 10 days ago. Dr called in New script 1 week ago and still not filled. 10 days now and no prescription, called there again now there computers are down and can't fill any scripts. They said when they get it sorted they can fill it, I asked if that'll be another 10 days.
