I was told that my tires would be the online price from my quote, plus the cost of an alignment. I was given a total price, including taxes, before I agreed to have my tires put on. When i go to check out I am told that there will be a 3% fee added for using my debit card. You would think that if I am paying $1000 for tires and an alignment, you would have plenty of room to pay your "credit card fee." I can shop at Food Lion and buy a $0.50 pack of bubble gum and not get charged a fee. This is ridiculous!!!! They hide this f... read more
The sorriest service I've ever seen never thought I could drop off a car to get oil change and check a tire to see why it's leaking and have time to go to Durham eat and come back and sit for over a hour and still not be done this shit is stupid will never have my service or be recommending them to anyone you guys suck
I purchased my 4 tires at the south Boston va store the employees were AWESOME and very FAST! However, they couldn't do alignments so I was sent to danville store. which you should expect a much longer wait there as they do so much more. its recommended to arrive early in the morning. Sam and Clyde were very courteous and helpful.
Great service and excellent pricing! Got a 4 wheel alignment, oil change, inspection, and replaced my lower ball joints for under 250.00! Best prices in town. I checked! They have gained a loyal customer today. 2007 Ford Fusion owner.
