Jay was honest, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He made sense of the experience I’d had from a previous HVAC installation.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Furnace was not working and was able to get same day service. Very helpful technician (Paul) came to the house and answered our questions. Showed with a camera how the furnace motor was starting to rust and gave us a quote for future replacement when it becomes necessary. Looking forward to having them do annual maintenance as I feel they are very honest and knowledgeable. Would recommend to others!
Heating & Cooling Thrifty arrived on time, installed a new heater in our Garage and did a great job. Very Professional thru the whole process from Estimating, Scheduling, and Instsllation.
Had an air conditioner replaced and a humidifier installed on the furnace. The techs from Heating & Cooling Thrifty did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done, estimating the cost, and then making sure that the work was completed. Kudos to Alex, Scott, Aaron, the electrician, and another tech who worked on the job. In the middle of a snow storm none the less! What a team effort!
The tech did a great job explaining the water heater exchange process and took note that I had questions about the water softener. I needed a new hose bib installed and the tech had made time to replace it after he finished with the water heater. I was impressed with that. Overall very happy with the work.
