Don’t park here, certainly don’t park on the 4th or 5th level. Waited almost 1.5 hours to exit the garage after a mercury game. The entire garage filled with carbon monoxide because of everyone’s running cars. I still have a major headache. Completely unacceptable.

They randomly make you pay a flat fee rather than the hourly fee. If you're going to the ball game, don't park here, you'll over-pay for the walk in sweltering heat.

Do not park here if you want to leave in any timely manner. Took over an hour and a half to get out, which also caused us to pay $15 even though we already prepaid. Park somewhere else.

A year ago, we had trouble with their parking pass scanner recognizing our pass in the ParkWhiz app and ended up having to pay onsite. We've parked here twice since then and the ParkWhiz app has worked well and scanned fine. Overall, it's reasonably priced and only a few blocks from stadiums. Best of all, Potbelly is a quick stop on the way to a game.

It’s hard to have access right away to the street during traffic hours, usually at 5 pm. It can take up to 10 minutes or more, depending on the number of cars that are trying to head out.
