Unprofessional rude should get another staff don't go here if you want to buy a car.
They are very misleading with telling you what you can put down and what your monthly payment will be. I made it clear I live 3 yrs away and wasn’t going to make the drive unless I knew for sure what down payment and monthly payments I was looking at. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. After the sale, the dealership accepted the vehicle back for issues and represented that the car was “fixed and ready.” I relied on that representation when taking possession of the vehicle. Less than 30 days later, the vehicle became undrivable after overheating, leaking coolant, producing steam and a burning smell, losing power, and shutting down while I was driving. I came here without an appointment and nervous because I wanted to make sure I was going to be getting a safe, reliable, and not too bad on the eyes vehicle.... for the price range I needed to stay in! Diana greeted me at the entrance and everything went so smooth from there because she made everything very easy and accommodating for me. Im excited to have another vehicle, and leasing through Thrifty Motors, and all thanks to Diana!
4.1 as a rating is a LIE. Cars are electrically damaged. You take it to get fixed, they don’t fix it they make it worst. People who have no where else to shop for cars, shop here & they KNOW this and take advantage of this. Terrible cars, terrible electrical systems, flood cars refurbished. If you have bad credit no DL, there are better places in Houston to shop. If you shop here money & time will be wasted
