Nothing but the best service ever with Janet Suarez & her very knowledgeable Assistant Maryann Sheehan Detail oriented, paperless, clean facility. And golf cart ride to the unit They answered ALL of my questions with a smile on their faces. And I had a lot of questions. Really glad I am renting a unit from Thrifty. U-Haul should listen to me. Without people like Janet Suarez working with you and thrifty storage, I doubt you would stay in business. Corporate u haul is awful. They take reservations and to them that means nothing. I reserved a trailer over a month ago and was told I would be called the night before for instruction on pickup. U haul Never called.
