Ordered heating oil online (Monday Jan 28th 2019) via Thrifty Fuel website as I have done in the past. Thrifty Fuel (Apgar Oil) delivers to my town/area on Thursdays. Friday (1 Feb 2019) comes and still no delivery. I call and ask what the issue was/is with the delivery. They explain the driver didn't want to pull into my driveway due to a little snow that drifted across from the wind and didn't want to "Risk it".
