I went to Thrifty Florist in Livonia to order flowers for my mother’s funeral. The salesperson acted as if I was annoying him. I should have left the store but they had an arrangement I saw online I wanted. I ordered a Peace Lilly with pink carnations, a Dish Garden and 14 small PINK roses with a pink ribbon. The Peace Lily with carnations was beautiful although smaller than the one I was shown in the store. The Dish Garden was pretty, but the Roses were a bright red with a red ribbon. I've been here 3 times and had excellent help and beautiful flowers each time. When searching for an arrangement in their books that would be put together by another florist they actually called the florist to see what flowers they had available so I would know exactly what would be put in( rather than the florist making a substitution resulting in my surprise when I saw it!). Also, for my mother-in-law's funeral arrangement they helped me choose and gave advice on size,etc. And just this week, my husband bought me a bouquet... read more
